We wish we had the snow!  We’ll try again next year!

Join the fun at the2024 WCSTA Charity Poker Run, in support of The West Carleton Food Access Center.  This event is held in partnership with Kinburn Community Association.  A valid Trail Pass is mandatory.

A raffle prize ticket will be given for each food item donated or $5 donation to the West Carleton Food Access Centre.

LOCATION 

Kinburn Community Centre, 3045 Kinburn Side Rd., Kinburn, ON.

There will be plenty of parking on site for trailers. At the end of the Poker Run dinner will be served. A cash bar will be available.

    WCSTA Poker Run 2017, February 4th

    Eventbrite - WCSTA 2015 Charity Snowmobile Poker Run, in support of the Snowsuit Fund!

    Join the fun at the 2017 WCSTA 5th Annual Poker Run, in support of The Snowsuit Fund.

    This year’s event is being held on Saturday February 4th in partnership with Kinburn Community Association – starting and finishing at Kinburn Community Centre. The Poker Run is a great way to get out and run our trails in West Carleton – and raise money for a great cause. Starting with breakfast between 8 and 11 am, and ending with dinner and prizes afterwards, it will be a great day!

    All proceeds go The Snowsuit Fund which helps children under 19 years old where their family cannot afford winterwear.

    To date, our poker runs have raised $5200.00, which has helped 148 children in our area keep warm in the winter. So, come out for the outdoor fun and/or dinner and help us keep this going!

    We will also be collecting gently used winter jackets, gloves, boots etc…. So please drop off what you can.

    Breakfast 8 – 11 AM, served by WCSTA volunteers

    Snowmobile Poker Run starts at 11 AM sharp.

    Community Centre with Cash Bar opens at 3 PM

    Dinner at 6 PM with many prizes from the Poker Run and for the “dinner only” guests.

    West Carleton Snowmobile Trails Association and Delta Global Logistics Inc. are pleased to bring you the 2013 Annual Charity Poker Run, in support of The Snowsuit Fund.

    The weather did not cooperate with our original date, but we’re counting on better luck this time! The added bonus is that by rescheduling to Ontario’s Family Day Weekend, riders can take advantage of the OFSC “Try our Trails at No Charge” weekend!

    Come out and join us for a fun day of riding West Carleton trails, meeting new people, finishing off with dinner at the Constance Bay Legion and some great prizes available to be won!

    Join us on Saturday February 25th, 2012 for the Delta Global Logistics Inc. / West Carleton Snowmobile Trails Association 2012 Poker Run!

    Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. – Run starts at 11:30 a.m. Choose from three starting points: Antrim Truck Stop in Arnprior, J.R’s Restaurant in Almonte and The Point Dining Lounge in Constance Bay.

    Finish line will be at the Kinburn Community Centre at 5:30 p.m. Food will be served and there will be a cash bar.
    Master of Ceremonies for the evening will be Scott Lear, host of 106.9 The Bear’s evening show!

    Cost: $15.00 Entry fee, plus $5.00 per hand
